HRC Partners partners with high-growth, profitable, bootstrapped companies to accelerate growth & value creation. Our Investment strategy is the following:

  • $5-25mm non-control growth equity, and control transactions to fund founder liquidity

  • Fund growth drivers in a more aggressive fashion, including: hiring key talent (building out mgmt. team, hiring delivery ahead of growth, recruiter) furthering channel engagement, building out a go-to-market engine, and investing in customer success

  • Execute accreitive add-on acquisition strategy which bolsters organic growth and equity value arbitrage in a compressed timeframe

  • Leverage HRC’s Strategic Advisors to learn of best practices in scaling IT and managed services providers to outsized exits

  • Institutionalize the business well in advance of an exit, including creating robust finance/accounting capabilities, establishing appropriate corporate governance, and creation of management layer with adequate equity incentives

  • 3-5 year investment hold in advance of an exit however no fund-driven mandate to exit withing a certain timeframe
